| 摘 要： | 认为利用知识转移层次、知识类型、知识生命周期、知识转移时间作为四维坐标可以描述IC的知识流及其知识转移机制。这种知识转移机制包括知识的社会化、外部化、组合化和内部化4个部分。其中，社会化可通过交流、观察、模仿、探究性学习来实现知识转移；外部化可通过记录和整理、溯因推理、对话、合作学习来实现知识转移；组合化可通过通讯媒介、知识组织、综合学习来实现知识转移；内部化可通过培训、同化、行动、交互学习来实现知识转移。
