| 摘 要： | 论述日本内阁府长达60余年的科学民意调查及对我国的4点启示:①随着科学的发展,科学民意调查的必要性不断增强;②科学与社会的视角是了解真实科学民意的基本视角,而非固定模式、固定内容的调查设计,以日常生活为切入点的设问方式,有利于及时反映民意、挖掘真实民意;③公民科学兴趣度是科学民意的重要内容;④科学民意调查是科技政策出台、实施的重要情报依据。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the intelligence significance revealed from the over 60-year scientific opinion polls of Japanese Cabinet Office. There are four inspirations to our country: with the development of science, the demand for scientific polls is strengthening gradually; scientific and social perspective is the basic method to understand the true public opinion about science, survey design with flexible content and pattern as well as questionnaire based on daily life facilitate to timely reflect public opinion and discover the true opinion; citizens’ interest in science is an important content of scientific opinion poll; scientific opinion poll provides the intelligence basis for decision-making and implementation of science and technology policy. |
