| 摘 要： | 通过对史料的梳理,认为1928年9月北京图书馆参考组的设立,标志着我国真正意义上的图书馆参考工作的诞生,而非目前我国学界普遍认为的清华学校图书馆为最早开始参考工作的图书馆。在此基础上,对我国早期图书馆参考工作理论、我国最早参考工作产生于北京图书馆的原因以及北京图书馆作为当时我国最大的图书馆和唯一的国家图书馆设立参考咨询机构所具有的重大影响和深远意义进行较为全面的阐述。

| Abstract: | By analyzing relative historical materials, this paper puts forward that the establishment of the reference service group of Beijing Library in September 1928 represents the birth of reference work of Chinese library in the true sense, instead of the opinion of current Chinese scholars that Tsinghua School Library Reference is the forerunner of Chinese reference work. On this basis, this paper comprehensively expounds a lot of important issues of early library reference work theory of China, the reasons why the earliest reference work was produced in Beijing Library, and the great impact and profound significance of the establishment of the reference body of Beijing Library as the largest and only national library of China. |
