我国信息资源管理硕士研究生教育现状的调查与分析

摘    要:为了解我国信息资源管理(IRM)硕士研究生教育现状以促进其进一步发展,基于网络调查初步分析目前国内4所高校开展IRM硕士研究生教育的基本情况,并利用问卷调查对我国IRM硕士研究生教育的课程体系设置、培育方式、培育环节、培育措施作详细解析,发现IRM硕士研究生培养已引起业界的高度重视,但还处于初步发展阶段,建议通过明确信息资源管理学(IRMS)的学科定位与硕士生培养目标、建立健全IRMS硕士生课程体系、创新硕士研究生培育方式、提升导师队伍素质等措施来提升该学科硕士研究生教育质量。

Abstract:In order to know the education status of Chinese postgraduates in information resource management (IRM) and to promote its further development, this paper preliminarily analyzes the basic situation in four domestic universities with network survey. Then through questionnaire survey it discusses in detail of the design of curriculum system, cultivation modes, nodes and measures of postgraduate education in information resource management. It is found that postgraduate education in information resource management has been valued highly in the industry, but is still on initial development phrase. It is suggested to improve qualities of postgraduate education in information resource management, which include defining the discipline status of IRMS and the teaching objectives of the postgraduate, constructing and improving postgraduate curricula development in IRMS, innovating postgraduate education mode and promoting qualities of tutor team.
