| 摘 要： | 针对企业竞争情报系统构建中信息向情报转化这一问题,结合实践中开发的航空客服领域竞争情报系统,对MIS与CIS两个系统为满足情报需求而提供的功能差异进行论述,并分析在收集、加工和服务流程中信息向情报功能的转化,试图为企业构建CIS提供参考。

| Abstract: | In view of the transformation from information into intelligence in the construction of enterprise CIS, this paper discusses the functional differences between MIS and CIS based on the practice of the aviation customer service CIS to meet the intelligence requirements. And then it analyzes the transformation from information into intelligence in the collection, processing and service processes, and provides reference for enterprise to develop CIS. |
