| 摘 要： | 〔摘要〕 分析企业信息化水平研究背景，回顾相关研究文献，指出现有文献的不足之处;提出基于信息化应用水平、信息化投入水平、员工信息化水平和信息化安全水平4个领域含14个指标的AISS评价模型，并从信度和效度角度研究AISS模型可行性。调研并获得上海市部分企业信息化基础数据，引入EAHP方法对其进行评价，从评价结果中直接选择信息化“标杆企业”并找出关键绩效指标。

| Abstract: | In order to meet the requirement of the informatization development, the original evaluation model of enterprise informatization need be changed. This paper first analyzes the research background of enterprise informatization evaluation, then it reveals their research limits of the relevant documents. Afterwards, the paper introduces an evaluation model of AISS with 14 indicators and studies the feasibility of the above- mentioned model in terms of credibility and efficiency. On the basis of a survey on the informatization of some enterprises in Shanghai and by means of the evaluation method of EAHP, the paper shows how the "benchmarking enterprises" and key performance indicators can be directly presented in the evaluation results. |
