| 摘 要： | 将博弈论引入企业竞争情报模拟方法，对博弈论在情报模拟方法中的定位进行分析。从互动性条件下的决策支持角度以战略式和扩展式两种博弈模型论证博弈论应用于竞争情报模拟方法的可行性。总结博弈论在情报模拟中的应用范围：竞争环境分析、竞争对手分析和企业内部分析。讨论博弈模拟的实施步骤：建立情报课题,情报收集、情报分析和情报服务。
