| 摘 要： | 构建团队特征对新产品开发知识管理过程影响的理论模型，利用来自中国11个省市的206个新产品开发项目的问卷调查数据进行实证分析。结果表明：知识外部获取对内部整合和创造具有正影响，知识整合对知识创造具有正影响，团队职能多样化、内部交流、团队信任正向影响知识获取和知识整合，团队信任正向影响知识创造，团队内部交流对信任具有正影响。
