| 摘 要： | 基于企业导师制及知识共享已有的文献，以“ERG理论”为分析框架，从生存安全、人际关系和成长发展动机三个方面，深入探析企业导师知识共享行为的影响因素，并提出相应的推进策略，以期为我国企业导师知识共享行为理论和实践提供有益的启示。

| Abstract: | According to the previous theory and research of knowledge sharing and mentoring,this paper uses the theory of ERG as an analysis framework which is consisted of three components:existence,relation,growth.It synthesizes the predictors of knowledge sharing behaviors of mentors,and then proposes some management suggestions,in order to give management theory and practice implications to mentor knowledge sharing behaviors in China. |
