| 摘 要： | 关于高职院校图书馆工作人员的编制到底应该为多少，目前仍似乎缺乏一个明确的、适合于高职院校的的统一标准，已有的政策和理论研究方法在实际工作中缺乏可操作性。有鉴于此，提出针对高职院校图书馆的定编思路和编制计算方法，并以广东10所高职院校图书馆为调查统计样本，以广东轻工职业技术学院图书馆为例，计算出该馆所需的编制人数，并进行论证。
