| 摘 要： | 从区域资源共享联合体的架构、服务模式和服务策略三方面研究产业集群化进程中的区域资源保障体系建设。通过资源集成和服务整合，契合产业集群化发展进程，针对企业群聚、产业集聚、产业融合和产业创新4个发展阶段，分别提供基于使用权限与共享协议的文献获取服务、基于共享协议与门户系统的信息推送服务、基于门户系统和学科馆员的知识集成与共享服务，营造基于领军人才和学科专家的知识发现与战略学习氛围。
