| 摘 要： | 区域信息资源保障体系在发展完善的过程中，区域信息资源共享评估应针对多层面、多模式的评估对象做出适应性调整。在分析区域信息资源共享评估定位的基础上，构建包括共享情境评估、共享基础评估、共享机制评估和共享绩效评估的区域信息资源共享评估框架，通过评估确立区域信息资源共享需求的导向，并支持区域信息资源共享战略目标的实现。

| Abstract: | During the improvement of regional information resources guarantee system,evaluation of regional information resources sharing should be adjusted accordingly.The evaluation should be carried out in context,foundation,mechanism,and performance.Based on this evaluation framework,the orientation of regional needs could be established,and the strategic objectives of regional information resources sharing also could be supported. |
