| 摘 要： | 知识地图是企业实施知识管理的有效工具。本文通过对知识地图研究的概述，分析了目前在构建企业知识地图中存在的一些不足之处。在此基础上，提出从岗位的角度来构建企业的知识地图，并分析了岗位知识地图的有效性。最后以机械制造业数控加工岗位为例，对企业岗位知识地图的构建步骤和评价进行了初步探索。

| Abstract: | Knowledge map is the effective tool for enterprise knowledge management. This paper analyzes the disadvantages of existing knowledge map in enterprise through the study of existing knowledge map. Then the paper puts forward the construction of enterprise knowledge map in post view, and analyzes the validity of post knowledge map. At last, we discuss the construction and evaluation of post knowledge map, NC manufacturing is taken as the example. |
