介于用户和图书馆员的心理契约——基于问卷调查的实证研究

摘    要:调查中国科学院研究生院的研究生对数字图书馆的观点。透过Pearson相关系数检验,结果显示两项明显相关性:“数字图书馆提供数据”和“数字图书馆提供文献下载”的相关性;“数字图书馆提供数据”和“数字图书馆提供问题解决方案”的相关性。得出结论:用户进入图书馆网站的目的性强,期望数字图书馆提供情报分析、与共同研究合作者的沟通服务以及问题解决模式等服务。建议应该在上述数字图书馆服务上建立起介于用户和图书馆员的心理契约的建议。

Abstract:This paper introduces a questionnaire which survey the postgraduates’ perception of the digital library at the Chinese Academy of Sciences. By the test of Pearson correlation coefficient, the result shows two obvious correlations the relevant between the ‘digital library support experimental data’ and ‘digital library for download document’, and the relevant between the ‘digital library support experimental data’ and ‘digital library for problemsolving program’. The conclusion is the reason why users enter the library website has their strong purpose,and they expects the digital library service include the intelligence analysis, the communication service with cooperative research community, the problemsolving program service and so on. The recommendation is the psychological contract between user and librarian should be build on above digital library services.
