| 摘 要： | 《旧时河南县级图书馆寻踪》是详细叙述前河南省范围内的第一部科学系统的各县级图书馆发展历程的汇编总结，这是一部厚重翔实、立论严谨、工程巨大、范围广博的百年基层图书馆建设的历史长卷。该书应和学界向下趋向，推动我国区域图书馆史研究走向深入。并指出该书各县比较分析不足，缺乏对口述史资料的利用等。

| Abstract: | The book of Tracing the Libraries of Henan County Level in Ancient Times is not only the first compilation which scientifically and systemically summerizes the historical development of county level libraries in henan province scope but also a historical long volume about the construction of the fundamental libraries in a century period, which is full and accurate,has rigorous argument and a huge project. It should circulate in academie and promote the further research of the history of regional libraries. There are some defects as well, such as the insufficient analysis between counties and lack of useage of oral account materials.
