| 摘 要： | 实时知识管理是实现知识在企业中个人、群体中的通畅和高效流动，在正确的时间，将正确的知识传递给正确的人。通过对国内外实时知识管理的研究，总结出现有的研究状况，并提出未来可能的研究方向包括：知识需求等基本概念的界定；实时知识管理实现的途径；实时知识管理与其他知识管理活动的关系；实时知识管理的技术实现；实时知识管理的实施评价。

| Abstract: | Just-in-Time Knowledge Management is how to make knowledge flow between people to people effectively in order to communicate needed knowledge to correct people at right time. The paper analyzes the development of just-in-time knowledge management at home and abroad and points out some possible study directions,including defination of knowledge-demand, implementation of JIT-KM, the relation of JIT-KM and other KM activities, technolegies and evaluations of JIT-KM. |
