| 摘 要： | 社会性软件是软件系统不断社会化和信息系统不断复杂化的结果，是Web2.0思潮的重要载体之一，具有重要的社会价值。社会性软件对图书馆信息服务起着积极支持和促进的作用。图书馆应从深层次把握社会性软件的体系结构，以图书馆网站为切入点应用相关社会性软件技术，充分发挥它在图书馆核心业务中的支持作用。
