| 摘 要： | 数据库采购活动中出现的分级定价模式有助于更多图书馆参与数据库采购活动，目前采用的分级方法主要是以经济实力、机构性质、FTE、科研实力、使用量等因素作为分级依据。通过对各种数据库分级定价模式的特点进行分析，并对CALIS近两年数据库采购方案进行实证研究，讨论各种数据库分级定价模式应用现状和引发的权益问题，进而针对分级定价模式的应用提出改进建议。

| Abstract: | Database tiered pricing models will help more libraries to purchase databases. The main tiered methods currently used are made basing on the economic strength , or institution character, or research strength, or usage amount. The article analyzes the characteristics of every database tiered pricing models, and discusses the application status of these models with the rights protection problems arousing from them by means of empirical research on the nearly two years of CALIS’s database purchasing proposals , and then propose recommendations for improvement. |
