| 摘 要： | 认为限制参考文献中对非正式出版物包括网络信息资源的引用,对学术发展有消极的一面,网络信息资源的可用与否取决于研究者对其价值的判断。有关研究者须尽快制定网络文献著录规范,加快对网络信息资源采集与保存的研发,构建学科核心网站和学术信息网络资源评价体系。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, it becomes more and more popular that the network information resources are quoted as references in the scholarships, which caused disputes. This paper shows that constraints made for quoting information from literatures of informal publishers as well as network information resources will bring negative influence on the academic development. Whether the network information resources are valuable for particular research work depends on the judgment of researchers. What we ought to do is to make some standards for the internet reference as soon as possible, in order to speed up the collection of R&D and preservation of the network information resources. Furthermore, it is necessary to build subject kernel nets and set up a system to evaluate academic information from the internet. |
