| 摘 要： | 软件的知识产权保护关系到软件的专有权和社会共享权之间的利益平衡,在WTO环境下,确立我国软件的知识产权保护水平,既要符合WTO标准,又要符合我国经济文化发展水平。本文试图分析软件保护的法律特征,了解《与贸易有关的知识产权协议》及各国关于软件保护的法律规定,探讨在WTO环境下我国软件知识产权保护水平及其法律问题。

| Abstract: | Since the starting of National Digital Library Project, the development of digital libraries in China has made rapid progress. However, there exists a little exaggeration, diseconomy and inharmonious-ness. Based on a survey, the cruxes in the development of digital libraries are summarized in this paper. The causes to the cruxes and the solving measures are presented too. |
