图书馆用户满意度指数的构建与应用

摘    要:借用经济学领域的用户满意度指数法,提出一种新型的以用户(即读者)为中心的图书馆评价法--图书馆用户满意度指数法。构建图书馆用户满意度指数的指标体系,并对其应用作了了探讨。

Abstract:Based on the customer satisfaction index borrowed from economics field, this paper brings forward a new type of evaluation system centering on the users of libraries--library users satisfaction indec. The index system has been applied in a stochastic questionnaire investigation among the users of six colleges of Shanxi province, After data processing and analysis, the customer satisfaction degree can be educed for each index and the whole, and on this basis some ideas and suggestions can be got about the direction of library work in the future.
