| 摘 要： | 机构知识库是数字学术环境中的一种资源存储形式和服务方式，是对本机构成员的智力资产进行集中收集、组织、保存并提供服务的一个集成系统。本文对数字学术环境中的机构知识库进行了概述，介绍了其含义、特点、作用与建设形式，分析了其结构和功能，并探讨了它与数字学术环境中与之相关的其它信息保障构成要素如学科知识库、数字图书馆、开放获取等方面的关系。

| Abstract: | As a means of the resource organization and service in the digital scholarly environment, institutional repository (IR) is an integrated system which collects, organizes, and disseminates knowledge assets of an institute and provides users free access to information in and out of an institute. The paper firstl analyzes IR in terms of their definitions, features, functions and structures, etc. Then, it discloses the relationship between IR and other related elements, such as subject-based repositories and digital libraries, open access, etc, in the information assurance system under the digital scholarly environment. |
