| 摘 要： | 异质资源是获取竞争优势的源泉，知识创新是获取异质资源的途径，以动态能力理论为基础分析知识创新过程与集群竞争优势之间的关系。通过量表开发、检验、相关性分析表明：知识社会化与集群竞争优势之间存在显著负相关关系，知识外部化与集群竞争优势不存在明显的相关性，知识整合化和知识内部化都与集群竞争优势存在比较显著的正相关关系，并进一步通过分析二级变量之间的关系来解释未通过检验的假设。

| Abstract: | Heterogeneous resources is the source to obtain competitive advantage,and knowledge innovation is the way to access heterogeneous resources.The relationship is analyzed between different stages of knowledge innovation as the core capacity and competitive advantage of industrial cluster.After the exploitation,test,correlation analysis of tables in this paper,it is found that there is a negative correlation between knowledge socialization and competitive advantage,there is a non-related relationship between knowledge externalization and competitive advantages,and knowledge combination and knowledge internalization both have positive correlations with competitive advantages.Then further analysis of the relationship between secondary variables is made to explain the failed test assumptions. |
