| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代，知识尤其是占知识绝大部分的隐性知识是企业核心竞争力的关键所在，因此隐性知识管理对企业来说具有重要的意义。在对隐性知识基本理论进行深入分析的基础上，提出一种基于主题图的隐性知识管理方法。该方法以主题图作为知识组织和导航工具，综合隐性知识管理的编码化和人格化两种模式的优势，实现对不同类别的隐性知识分别进行有针对性的管理，以提高企业隐性知识管理水平。

| Abstract: | In the knowledge economy age,knowledge,in particular tacit knowledge which accounts for most of the knowledge,plays an important part in the core competence of companies,so the management of tacit knowledge is of great significance for companies.Based on the deep analysis of the basic theory of tacit knowledge,this paper proposes a method based on topic map to manage tacit knowledge.This method,in order to enhance the tacit knowledge management level,uses topic map as a knowledge organization and navigation tool,integrates two tacit knowledge management models which are coding model and personification model to manage different types of tacit knowledge. |
