| 摘 要： | 通过分析网络舆情传播的特点，讨论网民关系网络，得出其为一个均匀网络的结论。在此基础上，建立危机事件中网络舆情的传播模型，研究消极思潮产生扩散的条件，并针对不同规模的消极思潮提出应急对策，避免网络舆情在为国家管理者的决策提供参考依据的同时引发次生的危机事件。研究成果为危机事件中政府管控网络舆情提供理论支撑。

| Abstract: | The relationship network among Internet users is discussed by analyzing the propagation characteristics of network opinion. On the foundation of that the relationship network is a homogeneous network, network opinion propagation model of crisis events is built to study diffusion conditions of negative thoughts. Emergency measures of different scale negative thoughts are proposed to avoid the triggered secondary crisis events while network opinion provides reference for decision-making managers in the country. The results can provide theoretical supports for government control of network opinion in crisis events. |
