| 摘 要： | 指出当今社会中个人隐私侵犯、经济利益侵犯和信息安全是人们广泛关注的三种信息权利冲突现象，从权利的自因性、涉他性、排他性和边界的模糊性四个方面分析信息权利冲突形成的原因。认为只有通过信息立法与司法、遵循法理原则及权利主体自身的化解等途径，才能合理解决信息权利冲突问题，保证社会的良性化发展。

| Abstract: | It is pointed out in this paper that individual privacy violation, benafit violation and information security are three main pheonomena of the conflicts for information rights which are widely concerned in the current time. Then the paper analyzes, the causes of the conflicts of information right from the aspects of self - causality, non - self - causality, exclusive causality and the ambiguity of the confines of right. It is thought that the conflicts could be solved by means of the legislation and judicature of information, with regard to legal principles and reconciliation among the right subjects. Thus, a sound development of the society is ensured. |
