| 摘 要： | 我国图书馆法的制定工作已经提上日程,其与国际法的兼容性是立法过程中特别值得关注的热点问题,本文采用比较的方法,论述中国图书馆法与国外图书馆专门法、图书馆相关法、行业自律规范条例以及国际条约、协定的兼容性。

| Abstract: | The plan of establishing our national library law has been forwarded. Among all kinds of issues , the compatibility of Chinese and international laws is the hottest one that deserves us paying more attention . This paper uses comparative method to discuss the compatibility of Chinese library law and foreign libraries special laws, interrelated laws, vocation criteria, international treaties and conventions, etc. |
