| 摘 要： | 国家科技图书文献中心（NSTL）是我国目前建设较为成功的图书馆联盟之一，在我国的图书馆联盟建设项目中具有一定的代表性。选取国外三个典型的图书馆联盟，从联盟的基本情况、管理体制和服务功能等多个方面，与国家科技图书文献中心进行详细的比较和分析，并在此基础上，提出对我国图书馆联盟发展的几点建议。
