| 摘 要： | 论述五力模型分析方法可以有效检验企业产业环境,针对企业如何运用此方法,提出利用战争游戏方式.实施过程包括准备、实施和汇总三阶段,实施中应注意人员合作、代表性企业确定、专家协调及结果分析等问题.并辅以真实案例,对五力模型分析方法进行阐述,力图促进基于战争游戏思想的五力模型分析方法在企业竞争情报分析中的有效运用.
