| 摘 要： | 归纳现有的理论与文献，总结出知识转移机会、动机和能力是个体间非正式知识转移成功的三个决定性影响因素。基于社会资本的理论视角，同时整合社会网络理论的基本思想，进行理论模型的构建，就社会资本对个体间非正式知识转移的影响机制进行探索性的研究，并从社会资本三个维度分别阐述组织如何有效地促进个体间非正式知识转移。

| Abstract: | After summarizing the theories of knowledge management, this paper proposes that knowledge transfer opportunities, motives and ability are the important influential factors to informal knowledge transfer among individuals. Informal knowledge transfer among individuals lies in social relation. Based on the theoretical perspective of social capital, and integrating the essential ideology of the social network theory, this paper constructs a theoretical model to make a study about the influence mechanism of social capital to informal knowledge transfer among individuals, and elaborated separately that how to improve effectively informal knowledge transfer among individuals from the three dimensions of social capital. |
