| 摘 要： | 从关系国计民生的重要的政务管理部门——国土房产管理部门出发，以深圳市国土房产管理信息资源为主要的研究对象，遵循政务信息资源分类体系建立的主要原则和关键标准，综合考虑用户的需求和信息资源的特点，建立一套由主题分类、机构分类、业务分类，资源形态分类和资源用途分类构成的国土房产管理信息资源分类体系。该分类体系是政务信息资源分类的一个开创性的尝试，分类结果在实际应用中也取得了不错的效果。

| Abstract: | This paper takes the Shenzhen land-house management information resource for example, follows the main principles and pivotal standards, takes the users’ requirements and information’s characters into consideration, establishes an land-house management information resource classification which includes thesaurus classification、department classification、transaction classification、configuration classification and purpose classification. This classification is a new attempt of government information resource classification and has got good effect in practice. |
