| 摘 要： | 在澄清“知识管理是在适当地点为适当的人提供适当的信息”这一片面认识的基础上，指出企业在快速变化的商业环境中，为提高企业竞争力而实施的知识管理应具体体现在企业信息门户的建设上。讨论企业信息门户的框架体系和基本特征，提出企业信息门户建设的一般过程和需注意的组织文化。投资回报率等问题，最后介绍微软公司提供的sharepoint和莲花公司提供的RAVEN知识管理门户解决方案的功能和特点。

| Abstract: | Enterprise Knowledge Management (EKM) is more than "providing right people with right information at right place". To survive in the rapid - changing business environment, enterprises should deploy EKM by constructing information portals to enforce their competitive advantages. The framework and features of information portals are discussed to figure out the general portal building process and related issues such as organizational culture, return- on- investment (ROI) and so on. Solutions for knowledge portals from Microsoft's sharepoint and Lotus's RAVEN are commented in the end. |
