| 摘 要： | 对天津市18所高校信息素养教育在教学内容、教学模式、师资结构等进行了全方位的调查，结合国内外信息素质教育的经验，对目前天津市素质素养现状进行了分析评价，主要包括：未建立通识教育课程体系，教学内容缺乏逻辑性，课程安排缺乏科学性，教师水平难以发挥等7个方面，以期从实证角度对我国信息素养教育存在的问题进行探究。

| Abstract: | By investigating information literacy education in eighteen universities in Tianjin on teaching mode, teaching contents and teaching’s structure aspects in an all-round way, with the experiences of information literacy education at home and abroad, this paper analyzes and appraises the present situation of education and discusses and researches information literacy education in China from the perspective of the substantial evidence. |
