| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]图书馆用户参与数字馆藏建设模式应用过程中急需解决的问题是通过建立完善适用的激励机制来吸引用户积极参与。方法/过程]根据马斯洛需求层次理论,参考国内外相关研究和实践,分析用户需求和参与动机。根据用户参与动机,借鉴百度知道等交互社区的用户激励机制,结合图书馆实际状况,探讨图书馆数字馆藏建设用户激励机制。结果/结论]从积分悬赏规则、荣誉等级制度、团队组合形式3个方面初步建立具有一定可操作性的图书馆数字馆藏建设用户参与激励机制。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] The most urgent issue to be solved in applying user involvement mode to library digital collection construction is to attract users to actively participate. Method/process] This paper analyzes the needs and motivation of users based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs and related research and practices home and aboard. Then, it investigates four interactive Q & A communities using crowdsourcing model and learn some experiences. Lastly, it discusses library digital collection user participating incentive mechanisms according to libraries' practice. Result/conclusion] We probe some applicable incentive mechanisms from three aspects in rules of users' points, rating rank system and team' combination for libraries' digital collection user involvement. |
