| 摘 要： | 基于扩散和共享概念的知识扩散和知识共享，反映的均是组织内或组织间知识流动的状态和方式，但两者也同时各具更为深层的涵义。前者包含的范围更广，既包括知识溢出也包括知识共享。相比之下，知识共享的局限性较大，可将其视为一种更精确和可控的特殊的知识扩散。两者既相互区别又相互联系，并统一于知识传递的行动中。

| Abstract: | Based on the concept of diffusion and sharing,knowledge diffusion and knowledge sharing reflect the state of knowledge flows within the organization or between the organizations.But at the same time,they also have a more profound meaning.The former contains a wider range and includes both knowledge spillovers and knowledge sharing.In contrast,the knowledge sharing's range has more limitations,it can be seen as a special knowledge diffusion which has more accurate and controlled proliferation of knowledge.Di... |
