企业竞争情报中弱信号获取及其影响因素

摘    要:介绍弱信号在企业竞争情报工作中的作用,总结出弱信号的各种特点与相应的获取原则,尝试提出企业竞争情报部门获取弱信号的方法,并以任天堂战胜索尼游戏的例子对此方法进行实证分析,最终探讨弱信号获取过程中影响获取结果的各种因素。

Abstract:The paper introduces the effects which weak signals make on the enterprise competitive intelligence, summarizes the features of weak signals and the principals which must be followed by intelligence collectors, taking the success of NINTENDO who defeated SONY in the game area for example, ties to put forward a method to gain weak signals. At last, discusses the factors which affect the collection of weak signals.
