大陆与台湾地区中小学图书馆建设标准比较分析与思考

摘    要:目的/意义]通过对大陆与台湾地区中小学图书馆建设标准进行比较分析,发现其各自的优劣,吸取台湾地区的经验和优良做法,以期推动大陆中小学图书馆的标准化建设与发展。方法/过程]对大陆和台湾地区中小学图书馆建设标准化进程进行梳理和比较,并从适应范围、规范形式、内容特征、量化标准4个方面对大陆和台湾中小学图书馆建设专门性标准的内容及特点进行比较分析。结果/结论]结合实际,对大陆地区中小学图书馆建设标准化提出4方面的建议,包括:切合地区需求,探索符合国情的标准体系;详述细化标准内容,突出可操作性;强化软性建设,注重专业人员建设和阅读推广;加强研究与实践,充分发挥图书馆人的作用; 顺应事业发展,适时修订和调整标准。

Abstract:Purpose/significance]Through the comparative analysis on the construction standards for primary and secondary school libraries in the mainland and Taiwan, this paper finds the advantages and disadvantages of each and learns from the experience and good practices of Taiwan, to promote the standardization construction and development of the primary and secondary schools libraries in the mainland.Method/process]It comps and compares the construction standardization process of primary and middle school libraries in the mainland and Taiwan, makes a comparative analysis on the contents and characteristics of the specialized construction standards for primary and middle school libraries in the mainland and Taiwan from four aspects, which include adaptation scope, canonical form, content characteristics and quantitative standard.Result/conclusion]Combined with the actual case, it puts forward four suggestions on the construction standardization of primary and middle school libraries in the mainland. The suggestions include: meeting the demand of the region to explore the standard system in line with national conditions, detailing the standard content and highlighting the operability, strengthening the soft construction and paying more attention to the professional personnel construction and reading promotion, strengthening research and practice and giving full play to the role of the librarians, complying with the development of the cause and revising and adjusting the standards timely.
