摘    要:目的/意义] 在当前学科服务发展环境下,更好地改进学科馆员服务质量评价工作。方法/过程] 以LibQUAL+®图书馆服务质量评价模型为基础,以用户需求为导向,在正式构建完整的指标体系前搜集用户提供的指标,筛选出适用于学科馆员服务质量评价的指标;参考专家意见,遵循评价指标的确定原则,在用户贡献指标的基础上进行调整与修改,并采取德尔菲、层次分析、因子分析方法对指标进行主客观综合赋权。结果/结论] 形成正式的学科馆员服务质量指评价标体系,并进行实证分析。

Abstract:Purpose/significance] Under the background of the current subject service development environment, this paper aims to improve the service evaluation of the subject librarian. Method/process] This paper builds the subject librarian service quality evaluation system which is based on the LibQUAL+® library service quality evaluation model and user requirement,widely collects user contribution index and is combined with expert advice on the classification processing. It collects indicators provided from users before building a complete indicators system officially, and screens out of the subject librarian service quality evaluation indicators. What's more, it refers to the expert's opinions and suggestions, and follows the principle of determining the evaluation index, to form the evaluation indicator system on the basis of the modified indicators offered by users. In addition, this paper determines weights of indicators by the ways of Delphi method, analytic hierarchy process method, and factor analysis method.Result/conclusion] Itforms a formal subject librarian service quality index system.
