摘    要:目的/意义] 针对当前国内图书馆界关注的阅读引导问题,研究阅读引导策略并探讨阅读引导策略的有效性,帮助图书馆有效履行教书育人和服务育人的职能。方法/过程] 引入社会学的社会行动理论,构建阅读引导社会行动模型,从理论层面系统分析阅读引导社会行动模型各要素的作用,并且采用实验研究法检验各要素密切配合时阅读引导策略的有效性。结果/结论] 阅读引导社会行动的行动者、规范、所处情境和目标都对社会行动的有效开展和目标的最终实现有重要影响。分析读者的阅读偏好并采用多样化的阅读引导手段和策略是阅读引导行动取得更好效果的条件。

Abstract:Purpose/significance] For the reading guide issue focused by libraries in China, this paper studiesthe reading guide strategies and their effectiveness, to help libraries effectively perform the education functions through imparting knowledge and service. Method/process] This paper introduces the social action theory of social science and establishes a reading guide social action model.Then it systematically analyzes the roles of model factors in terms of theory, and tests the effectiveness of reading guide strategywhen factors act in close coordination in the endby the experimental approach.Result/conclusion] The results show that factors of the reading guide social action model, including actor,rules, context and goal,all influence the effective work of social action and the realization of goal. To get a better guide effect, actors should analyze readers'reading preference and adopt diversified guide strategies and methods.
