摘    要:目的/意义] 以提升人们利用信息解决问题的能力为原则,设计《文献检索与利用》课程的教学内容,使其价值最大化。方法/过程] 通过分析得出人们利用信息有效解决问题的4个关键行为要素是“检索、分析、推理与评价”,将其归纳为情报素养,它是指“利用高质量的信息理性抉择的能力”;以此为依据,将教学内容设计为一套从海量公开的信息源中提取目标情报的分析方法,并以“知源、知取、知用、资料管理”4模块形式呈现。结果/结论] 情报素养表征的是人们利用信息理性解决问题的能力,而《文献检索与利用》课程能有效地提升这一能力,学生的学习成果——课程报告证实了这一点。

Abstract:Purpose/significance] This paper discusses how to design the teaching contents, in order to let the curriculum ‘Literature Retrieval and Utilization’ have a great value.Method/process] To meet the needs of society-improving people's ability solving problems by utilization of information, is the basic idea to design the contents. It is obtained, by analyzing, that the four key behavior elements for people to solve problems effectively with information are ‘search, analysis, inference, evaluation’, which are generalized and defined as a concept of intelligence literacy, meaning ability to make a rational choice with high quality information. Course contents are designed as a set of analysis methods to extract target intelligence from massive information open sources accordingly, and presented in four modules of ‘knowing source, knowing searching, knowing use and data management’.Result/conclusion] The concept of intelligence literacy characterizes people's ability to utilize information to solve problems rationally. This ability can be improved by the curriculum, which has been proved by the students' studying outcomes-the curriculum reports.
