| 摘 要： | 目的/意义] 通过移动图书馆与非移动图书馆OPAC用户使用检索点的比较，探索用户通过不同设备使用图书馆OPAC系统的行为差异，为不同设备OPAC系统检索点的设置等提供参考。方法/过程] 运用日志挖掘法，对比分析移动图书馆与非移动图书馆检索点出现概率、检索点搜索成功率、检索点变化模式等方面的异同。结果/结论] 移动图书馆与非移动图书馆检索点存在差异，非移动图书馆在检索点的设置和利用上具有优势。移动图书馆可以通过舍弃低概率的检索点，简化界面内容；通过设置网页标签的形式，方便用户转移检索点；通过减少组配的检索点数量，并突出检索点和检索框来提高组配检索的比例。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] Through the comparative study on the access points of mobile library and non-mobile library, this paper explores the different behaviors that users access library OPAC through different devices, providing reference for setting access points on OPAC of different devices. Method/process] The paper uses the log mining method to compare the frequency of the access points, the search success rates of the access points, the change patterns of the access points and so on. Result/conclusion] There are some differences between the mobile library and the non-mobile library in access point, and the non-mobile library has an advantage in the setting and use of the access points. Mobile library can simplify the content of the interface by discarding the access point of low probability; enable users to transfer access point conveniently by setting web tags; improve the proportion of group matching search by reducing the number of group matching access points and highlighting the access points and search box. |
