摘    要:目的/意义]针对辽宁省高校信息素养教育发展缓慢的现状,提出整合信息素养教育资源,构建辽宁高校学生信息素养教育资源共享平台,引领和推动辽宁地区高校信息素养教育工作快速发展。方法/过程]通过对辽宁省各高校图书馆发放调查问卷,并对反馈结果进行统计分析,梳理辽宁省高校信息素养教育整体状况。根据调研分析并借鉴国内外高校先进的信息素养教育模式和方法,制定出辽宁高校学生信息素养教育资源共享平台的构建策略。结果/结论]辽宁高校学生信息素养教育资源共享平台的构建,将实现辽宁地区各高校在信息素养教育教师资源、技术资源、数字与实体资源、教学案例、教学视频、教材建设等各个方面资源的共建共享,迅速缩小各个高校之间信息素养教育的差距,提升辽宁省信息素养教育整体水平。

Abstract:Purpose/significance]Based on the status quo of the slow development of information literacy education in colleges and universities in Liaoning province, this paper puts forward integrating information literacy education resources and building the information literacy education resources sharing platform of Liaoning university students, to lead and promote the rapid development of information literacy education in colleges and universities in Liaoning province.Method/process]By questionnaires in colleges and universities libraries in Liaoning province, this paper makes a statistical analysis on feedback results, and combines the information literacy education overall situation.According to the analysis and research on advanced modes of information literacy education in colleges and universities at home and abroad for reference and methods, it develops the construction strategy of Liaoning university students'information literacy education resources sharing platform.Result/conclusion]The construction of Liaoning university students'information literacy education resources sharing platform, will implement the co-construction and sharing in the information literacy education resources of teacher resources, technical resources, digital and physical resources, teaching cases, teaching video and textbook construction and so on, to rapidly reduce the gap between colleges and universities information literacy education, and improve the overall level of information literacy education in Liaoning province.
