| 摘 要： | 对采访人员责任(RAL)做初步界定，认为RAL的本质是采访人员(AL)获得一定权利后应尽的义务。责任是有限度的、多元的，终极目的是为读者负责。绝对责任是无条件的，相对责任则是有条件的，目前，RAL主体缺失是由道德风险、制度、体制和整体环境等多方面原因引起的。责任主体主要是AL和图书馆，客体是读者和图书馆等。

| Abstract: | After defining the responsibility of an acquisition librarian (RAL), this paper points out that the essence of RAL is the obligations which should be fulfilled by the acquisition librarian, and its ultimate aim is to serve readers. However, it is also mentioned in the paper that the absolute responsibility is unconditional while the relative responsibility is conditional. Then the paper reveals the subject and the object of the responsibility of acqisition librarians. |
