摘    要:论述数字图书馆的个性化服务是从信息提供者的角度为用户量身定制的信息服务,用户体验则是用户利用这种服务的经历与感受。用户体验与数字图书馆个性化服务之间的关系主要表现为:用户体验要求数字图书馆提供个性化服务,数字图书馆个性化服务有助于用户获得愉快的体验,成功的体验增强用户对数字图书馆个性化服务系统的信任,数字图书馆可借助用户体验设计来提高自身的个性化服务能力。

Abstract:Personalized service in digital libraries is customized rightly for users from information supporters’ perspective, and user experience is the experience and feeling of users while using the service. The relationship between user experience and personalized service in digital libraries is as follows. User experience requires digital libraries to supply personalized service; personalized service in digital libraries helps users gain amusive experience; successful user experience increases user’s loyalty to personalized service system in digital libraries; and user experience design could be used to improve personalized service ability in digital libraries.
