| 摘 要： | 论述时序论和时滞论的主要内容。不同的传递方式和不同类型文献载体的科技情报的速发性不同。非正式交流的情报速发性高于正式交流的；快报类期刊、电子期刊具有较高的情报速发性；二、三次情报的速发性低于一次情报的速发性。

| Abstract: | Focuses on the cotents of time series theory and time lag theory in the rapid publication of sci tech information. As there are various ways and media of information transfer, the rapid publication of sci tech information may be different. The informal communication of information is more rapid than the formal one; letters and electronic journals are even more rapid; the rapid publication of secondary and tertiary information is slower than the primary information. |
