| 摘 要： | 目前，我国公共图书馆事业发展不平衡，这有违公共图书馆公平服务原则。促进公共图书馆事业均衡发展，必须更新发展观念，建立资源配置平衡机制，促进资源供给多元化，推动资源共享，科学布局公共图书馆服务网络。

| Abstract: | Proportional developments of public libraries have not been fully established in China, which is incompatible with the principle of fair service. Several suggestions, aimed at encouraging proportional developments, are offered in this paper, as include: renovating the conceptions regarding developing, establishing the system of proportional allocation of resources, promoting diversified investments, implementing RS (Resource Sharing) and constructing the sound net of public libraries. |
