| 摘 要： | 在厘定学科馆员制度与图书馆理念关系基础上，明确学科馆员的价值定位，并分析学科馆员制度创建的必要性，进而阐述图书馆理念下学科馆员制度建设的五个基本要素，即环境要素、建设原则、组织模式、质效评估以及实施策略，以期为学科馆员制度的合理化运作提供必要的理论支撑与实践指向。
