| 摘 要： | 从图书馆价值决定和价值实现两个角度分析信息公开对图书馆价值的影响，指出图书馆起源于信息公开，信息公开是图书馆发展的动力和知识经济时代图书馆的价值着力点，其程度决定图书馆价值的大小。同时，阐明信息公开有利于扩大图书馆文献信息源，提高文献信息加工报道质量，更好地满足读者需要及促进馆际合作。

| Abstract: | From two angels, the decision and realization of the library value, this paper analyzes the impact of information publicity on library. It points out that information publicity is the motivation force for the library development, and information publicity determines the value of the library, so information publicity is still the focus for libraries; At the same time, it is considered in this paper that the information publicity is favorable to expanding document information sources of libraries, and improve the processing and reporting quality of documents, and promote the interlibrary cooperation. |
