| 摘 要： | 针对当代图书馆员“快乐指数”的客观测试和主观自我评价数据，运用SPSS软件进行分析，最终测量出 当代图书馆员的“快乐指数”分别为7.34和7.07，从性别、年龄、职务、地区、图书馆类型等角度，深入剖析不同 图书馆员群体的快乐感受状况，得出整个图书馆从业人员的自我评价普遍不高，自信心不足的结论。

| Abstract: | This quantitative research tries to examine the happiness-index of contemporary librarians by the method of statistic. The result indicates that the objective happiness-index reaches 7.34 and the subjective index does 7.07. Some significant conclusions are drawn from this questionnaire survey results on the aspects of gender, age, job rifle, area and type of library. |
