| 摘 要： | 地区之间信息差距的拉大，一方面影响我国信息化水平的整体提高；另一方面也制约着信息化水平低的地区各方面的发展，解决信息差距问题须找出产生信息差距原因。主要从经济、技术、制度政策、人文环境4方面，分析江西与浙江两个地区存在信息差距原因，并提出相应措施，以期为缩小两个地区信息差距，从而缩小数字鸿沟。

| Abstract: | The information gap between regions is widening, on the one hand it affects the overall level of China's information technology on improving, it also restricts the level of information technology in areas with low development in various areas. To solve the information gap will need to find out the reasons of information gap.In this paper, analysising information gaps between Zhejiang and Jiangxi in four areas,that is, economic, technological, institutional policies and human environment which from the angle of countermeasures. With a view of narrowing the information gap between the two regions, thus further narrowing the digital divide.
